I have the honor to forward herewith a Plan for a new Lock Hospital on the Site of the present Curt Hospital.
The present Buildings I consider unfit for the purpose and am of opinion that it would be cheaper to build new ones, especially as the Surveyor General informed me that the one now occupied by the Surgeon &c. had been Condemned.
The approximate Estimate is £14,400, an amount I regret that I could not furnish this Plan & Estimate earlier, a day ago when the President was going upon it.
As it was only late that I received the actual data from the Lock Hospital Committee, I was delayed.
